How Can I Get A Catalog?
Our catalog is 500+ pages and there is a charge of $6 US ($3 with an order). The catalog includes everything in the supplies section of Tole Expressions, and then some! Once you receive your catalog, should you decide to order by mail or phone, please remember when placing all future telephone or snail mail orders to always mention that you were referred by Tole Expressions! The small commission we make on these sales helps to defray the costs of keeping Tole Expressions online and free!

Can you Ship to Canada (Japan, Australia, Philippines, etc)?
Yes! We can ship anywhere in the world; however, international shipping charges will apply.
General Ordering Information
When placing your order, please give a complete address, as UPS cannot deliver to a P.O. Box number. Charges for any additional shipping incurred for incorrect address or returned shipment if no one is present to accept the shipment will be added to your invoice.
Viking accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express, JCB, personal check, certified check or money order.
There are 3 ways to order:
- Online through the website: All online orders receive 10% internet discount calculated at time of checkout! All online orders are placed through a secure server.
- By phone or fax: You may call Viking Woodcrafts at 1-800-328-0116 or fax 1-507-835-3895. Give complete product numbers and quantities. Please be sure to mention you were referred by Tole Expressions!
- By snail mail: Click here to print an order form. List complete product numbers and quantities. If you are enclosing a check with your order, please add an estimated 20% for shipping and handling. Minimum shipping charge on any order is $4.00 (any excess will be credited or refunded at the time your order is invoiced). Mail your order to: Viking Woodcrafts, Inc., 1317 8th St. SE, Waseca MN 56093. Please be sure to mention you were referred by Tole Expressions!
Note: When placing orders online, after you click the "checkout" button, you will be prompted for a user name and password. If you've previously ordered from Viking Woodcrafts, fill in your user name and password and continue on to checkout. If you've never ordered from Viking before, you must click "New Customer Sign-up" in the menu bar across the top of the page and register with a valid email address. You will receive an email confirmation back from Viking and, once you receive that, you can then go to "checkout" and complete your order process.
Refunds
If you have prepaid your order, a refund check will be issued with your invoice for any items not shipped, or we can hold credit on your account to be applied to your next order, whichever you prefer.
Returns
Unauthorized returns will not be accepted. Requests for returns must be made within 10 calendar days of receiving your order, listing the invoice number and details. Credit will be given at the billing price upon receipt of returned product, providing product is in it's original packaging and in saleable condition. A 20% restocking fee along with both outgoing and return shipping charges for any merchandise ordered in error, refused or returned after 10 calendar days will be applied to your account. VIDEOS, BOOKS AND PATTERN PACKETS ARE NOT RETURNABLE.
Returned Checks
A $20.00 fee will be applied to your account for any returned check.
Hazardous or Restricted Material
Aerosol cans cannot be shipped to foreign countries.
